Birds of a Feather

I painted this mural in Overland Park, Kansas. The meadowlark is the Kansas State bird. I sometimes jam and fill walls with much information. This project was a practice of simplicity for me. I focused on the bird as the center of the subject matter and a more graphic and abstract approach to the background.

This project was sponsored and supported by my friends with the InterUrban Arts Program.
