Children’s Mercy Transport

Hospital transport staff hold a special place in my heart. We trust them, in our weakest moments, to take care of our loved ones in crucial times. This project was such a fantastic opportunity with Children’s Mercy Hospital.

My hope during this process was to inspire pride in the workers and a feeling of comfort and care for the children during their flight/ride.

The aircraft were painted offsite in Louisiana with the help of PHI Air. This project required both digital and hand-painted artwork. Helicopters and planes need special aircraft-grade paints and images, while ambulances have another set of rules. Reflective materials were used with specific regulations for any situation that may occur.
