Subs and Sun

This piece was created for another live painting event earlier this year, this time at the Reggae Rise Up Festival in St. Pete, Florida. The atmosphere was so laid-back, and having clients who trust you to do your thing really makes the experience enjoyable. With the ocean as my backdrop and dolphins swimming by, I was inspired to create something aquatic. I’ve always been fascinated by the idea of fish, sharks, and whale submarines, so it felt like the perfect opportunity to get a little weird. I decided to bring my well-known character, Rumpus the rhino, into the mix, navigating the waters off the coast of Florida. It was such a fun and surreal project!
